if you'll be consuming them within 2 days of purchasing, leave them at room temperature in an airtight container and away from direct sunlight.

else, freeze them! when you're ready to eat them, leave them at room temperature for 2-3 hours; then, see above for how to maximize their goodness. we recommend consuming them within 3 months of purchasing!
